Will the data registered in the old online shop be carried over?
Yes, your membership information will be carried over.
We have sent an email to your registered email address requesting you to activate your account. Please refer to the "Account Activation Procedure" page and carry out the activation procedure.
What data is carried over?

Can I use this with other skincare products?
Yes, Idealize works well with other cosmetics and creams. You can customize your routine based on yourskin’s needs and personal preferences.
However, as Idealize is also highly efficacious, we recommend not layering Retin-A treatments (or tretinoin) with Idealize. If you use Retin-A, we recommend alternating their use (i.e. day & night).
What is the shelf life of this product?
- Once opened, use within three months for optimal freshness.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain product integrity.

No, we do not offer custom delivery dates. Orders typically shipwithin 2–5 business days.

- Free shipping for orders over $75 within the USA
EU NATIONS SHIPPING:
- Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) from our new warehouse in the Netherlands
- €9.99 shipping (or USD $9.99 equivalent) for orders less than €75
- Free Shipping for orders over €75 within Europe
- There is a USD $10 restocking & return shipping fee if you do not respond to your local courier on time and miss the delivery.
UK SHIPPING:
- Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) from our new warehouse in the Netherlands
- £9.99 shipping for orders less than £100
- Free Shipping for orders over £100 within Europe

Do I have to pay the duty & import taxes?
You are responsible for paying the Duty & Import Tax fees if DHL contacts you for payment.
If they are also requesting for you to pay VAT on top of the above Duty & Import tax fees and you have already paid VAT on your order, please forward us the DHL email so we can refund you for the VAT portion of the DHL fee.
There is a USD $30 restocking & discarding fee if you do not respond to the DHL fee in time. DHL either ships back the product to us for a high fee or we will have to have them destroy the product if you do not respond to DHL in time.
How can I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive ashipping confirmation emailwith tracking details. You can also check yourorder statusin your account.
How long does delivery take?
Orders can take about 1-2 business days to be processed for shipping.
When the order is handed off to the courier, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information and the expected date of arrival.

Can I change my next subscription delivery date?

- Contacting customer service at least 5 business days before your next scheduled shipment.
Important: Once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed.
Can I change my subscription cycle (delivery frequency)?
Yes. You can change your subscription cycle by one of the following ways:
- Changes can be made through the "Manage Subscription" link in the footer.
- To change your cycle, contact customer service at least 5 business days before your next scheduled delivery.
IMPORTANT: Changes will not apply to the current shipment once it has been processed.
What if I run out of my product before my next scheduled delivery?
You can:
- Request an earlier delivery.
- Adjust your delivery frequency by going to "Manage Subscription" link in the footer of the website.
IMPORTANT: The current scheduled delivery cannot be changed once processed.
Can I change my subscription plan?

How do I cancel my subscription?

- Contact customer service at least 5 business days before your next scheduled delivery date.
IMPORTANT: The current scheduled delivery cannot be changed nor refunded once processed.
